On the big day, there are so many moving parts. So much planning, so much stress. All leading up to the big moment… when the bride walks to the end of that aisle. Everyone stands and turns towards the bride to see her bask in all her beauty. The dress, the hair, the bouquet, the incredibly waterproof makeup, the smile, the tears.

This is hands down my favorite moment of every single wedding, but I won’t be looking at the bride. This is the moment for the groom. I love nothing more than catching his reaction as he glimpses the first look at his bride on her way down the aisle to become his wife. The anticipation of the day coming to its breaking point, the worries and stress falling away as he realizes he is about to marry his best friend… it’s my favorite.
