Learn the systems, strategies, and real-world skills built specifically for rural wedding planners and coordinators.
Course + community • Live course starts December 2
And if you've ever tried to make traditional wedding-planning advice work in a rural market, you already know it.
Smaller budgets.
Fewer vendors.
Weather & terrain.
Longer distances.
Rural venues.
DIY couples.
You can do just as much work, or more - and still struggle to make the numbers work.
You don't need more generic advice. You need strategies built for the market you're actually working in.

The Rural Wedding Planner Collective combines practical education, ready-to-use resources, and a community of rural wedding professionals who understand the challenges you're facing.

Navigate rural venues, logistics, weather, transportation, guest experience, and wedding-day challenges.

Build pricing that accounts for your time, travel, logistics, and the realities of smaller rural budgets.

Build a reliable preferred vendor network—even when your local options are limited,

Become known as the rural wedding expert in your region.

Create packages, systems, and processes that help you build a more sustainable business.

Be prepared for the unexpected instead of figuring it out in the middle of the wedding.

Meet Cari Eskridge · Founder
I've been planning, coordinating, officiating, problem-solving, and occasionally putting out literal and figurative wedding fires since 2011.
I've planned and/or coordinated 150+ weddings and officiated 200+ ceremonies throughout Idaho, the surrounding states, and even Belize—from barns and backyards to ballrooms.
I've also built my wedding business from the ground up, learning every detail that comes with running it well.

No.
RWPC was created from real rural wedding experience in Idaho, but the training focuses on challenges and strategies that can apply to rural wedding professionals in many regions. Your local vendors, regulations, venues, and market will vary, but the underlying planning and business challenges can be similar.
RWPC is specifically focused on the rural wedding market. Instead of assuming big-city budgets, abundant vendors, and traditional venues, the program addresses the realities of rural weddings—including smaller budgets, travel, rural venue logistics, limited vendor pools, weather, terrain, and remote guest experiences.
The primary community is hosted on Skool, with an additional private Facebook group.
The live course begins December 2 at 11 AM MST.
That's what the discovery call is for. We'll talk about your business, what you're currently struggling with, and what you're hoping to build.
Walk in with better systems, stronger vendor relationships, clearer pricing, and a plan for the things that can go wrong.
Live course starts December 2 at 11 AM MST.
